Welcome to the Buy My Dress website. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before using the website. By using this website and/or placing an order you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the website. Please also read our Privacy Policy in relation to personal information provided by you. Buy My Dress may amend the terms and conditions at any time without notice, amendments will be effective immediately when posted on the website. You should therefore check this page regularly to note any changes we may have made. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of use please do not use this website. Product information
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on the website. However as the colours displayed depend on your monitor we can not guarantee that the colour displayed on your monitor will accurately reflect the actual colour of the item on delivery. We make every effort to ensure that all sizes on our website are as accurate as possible. However all sizes and measurements are approximate or those identified on the manufacturers label. Availability
All items are subject to availability. We make every effort to keep our stock status up to date on our website, however if for some reason the item you ordered is no longer in stock you will be notified as soon as possible and will not be charged for your order. Back to Top
Delivery
Below are the standard delivery times and costs for orders within the Republic of Ireland and the United Kingdom. Please note that we currently only deliver within the Republic of Ireland and United Kingdom.

We aim to deliver to deliver to you within the times outlined above, however we can not always guarantee that deliveries will be made within these times. During busy periods or bank holidays deliveries may take longer. Back to Top
Cancellations and Return
We do our best to ensure all our goods are of the highest quality. All our goods are donated to us and as such they are all unique one-off pieces but and are not all brand new, many of them are second hand. We list the condition of each item (brand new, excellent, good) for your viewing before purchase, any slight defects are reflected in both the condition rating and the price of each individual item. Due to this, we do not accept returns or cancellations after an item has been ordered except in specific individual circumstances. Back to Top

What information do we collect and why?
When you register with our website we ask you for your name and email address. We do this so we can communicate with you about changes to our website, upcoming events and special offers. Purchase of Products
When you place an order on our website we will send you a confirmation email as receipt of your order. At this stage your purchase will be made, your order will be dispatched, and your account will be charged.
